Terms of service.

The parties to this agreement.

Pets & Pages is operated by ILB E-Solutions LLC, a UAE limited liability company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean ILB E-Solutions LLC. “You” means the person creating an account and placing orders.

You must be 18 or older.

Pets & Pages is a service for adults. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

Keeping your credentials safe.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for any activity that takes place under it. Use a strong password, do not share it, and notify us at hello@petsandpages.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

What Pets & Pages does.

We generate personalized books from photos and information you provide. Books are available in three formats: digital PDF, softcover, and hardcover. Digital files are delivered for download. Physical books are printed and shipped by our print partner.

Specifications, formats, and pricing are shown on the product surface at the time of order. We may improve, change, or retire features over time.

What we may do with the photos you upload.

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that photo for the sole purpose of analyzing your pet and generating the book you have ordered.

We do not share your photos externally beyond the AI providers required to produce your book (listed in our Privacy Policy), and we do not use your photos to train any AI model.

How to report a copyright issue.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe a photo, a generated book, or any other content on Pets & Pages infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@petsandpages.com that includes:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The specific location (URL or order reference) of the material you want removed.
• Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices promptly and remove or restrict access to the disputed material where appropriate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material.

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.

What you can do with the finished book.

You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your finished book for personal, non-commercial purposes: to read it, print it, gift it, and reproduce it as a keepsake within your household.

We retain copyright in the AI-generated text and imagery, the page templates that compose them, and our brand elements. Commercial use, resale, or republication of the book or any part of it requires our written permission.

What you may not do.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you do not have permission to use.
• Feature minors as the primary subjects of a book.
• Generate harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts, models, or templates.
• Interfere with the platform’s operation or with other customers.
• Resell or redistribute the service or its outputs without our written consent.

We may pause or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and may decline to fulfill orders that violate them.

How payment works.

Prices are shown on the product surface before checkout and are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorise the charge stated at checkout.

We do not sell to mainland UAE addresses; this is a regulatory licensing restriction. Digital orders and UAE Free Zone customers are unaffected.

How refunds and delivery work.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery timing and shipping conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

About statutory cancellation rights.

Consumer protection laws in the European Union and the United Kingdom give consumers a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts. That right does not apply to goods made to a consumer’s specification or clearly personalized.

Because every Pets & Pages book is composed from the pet, photos, and inputs you provide, the books we make fall within this personalized-goods exemption: Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, and Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Where we can refund you anyway, before generation has started, for defects, or for shipments that never arrive, our Refund Policy applies. This clause does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived.

About the things AI makes for you.

We use AI to analyze your photos and generate the text and imagery that make up your book. AI output is imperfect by nature. We curate, constrain, and quality-check our generations against our editorial standards, but we do not guarantee a perfect match to expectation.

Both editions show you a sample before payment: chapter one of generated text alongside selected illustrations. You review and approve the sample before checkout. Once you have approved and paid, final generation proceeds and the refund rules in our Refund Policy apply.

We aim for continuous availability.

We do everything reasonable to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Where a change is material we give reasonable notice on the platform or by email.

What we are responsible for.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you in connection with the service is capped at the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
• We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Covering claims and costs.

You agree to indemnify and hold ILB E-Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and suppliers harmless against any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:

• Photos or other content you upload, including any claim that the content infringes a third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Your breach of these terms or any policy referenced from them.
• Your misuse of the service or any attempt to interfere with its operation.

We will notify you promptly of any claim subject to this clause and let you control the defense at your expense. We may participate in our own defense at our own cost.

Ending the agreement.

You may close your account at any time by emailing legal@petsandpages.com. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. On termination, your license to use the service ends. Rights and obligations that by their nature survive (intellectual property, the license to your finished book, liability caps, governing law) continue.

How we tell you when things change.

When our practices or this agreement change, we update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes receive notice on the platform or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a material change takes effect indicates your acceptance.

Law and jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
