Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to petsandpages.com and any product or service we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is operated by ILB E-Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a UAE limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to “Pets & Pages” in these Terms mean the brand under which we operate.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@petsandpages.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

The Service

Pets & Pages helps you create AI-generated storybooks and keepsakes featuring your pet. You upload one or more reference photos and supply context, and we use AI models to draft text and produce imagery in the style of an editorial book. The finished work is delivered as a digital download or as a printed book shipped to the address you provide.

Photos you upload

You confirm that you own or have the right to upload any photo you give us. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process those photos solely for the purpose of creating your Pets & Pages product and providing the Service. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, do not share them with third parties beyond the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and do not use them to train external AI models.

The book we create for you

You receive a perpetual, personal-use licence in the finished book we create for you, including the right to print, share with friends and family, and reproduce the book for your own personal enjoyment. Pets & Pages retains copyright in the AI-generated imagery, editorial templates, prompts, and brand elements that make up the finished work. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the book requires prior written permission from us.

Pricing and payment

Prices for each format are shown on the pricing page and are charged in US dollars unless we display a different currency at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment clears.

Production, shipping, and delivery

Digital products are made available for download as soon as generation finishes. Printed books are produced by our print partner and shipped to the address you provide.

Estimated delivery times are listed on the Refund & Shipping page. These are good-faith estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure are outside our control.

Refunds

Each Pets & Pages book is produced to order and personalised to your pet. Our refund policy is set out in full on the Refund & Shipping page. In summary: once production starts we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, but we do replace defective prints free of charge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos you do not own or have permission to use.
• Upload photos depicting minors as the primary subject.
• Generate content intended to harass, defame, or impersonate a real person.
• Generate sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service or its underlying APIs.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules and may refuse to print content we judge to be unsuitable.

AI content

The text and imagery in your book are produced by AI models. While we review templates and prompts carefully, AI output can occasionally be imperfect. You are encouraged to review your book before placing a print order, and you may edit the text we generate before purchase.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable consumer-protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you have paid us during that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@petsandpages.com. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or related to the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes will be notified by email to active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
