This Privacy Policy explains how ILB E-Solutions LLC, trading as Pets & Pages (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit petsandpages.com or create a Pets & Pages product.

ILB E-Solutions LLC is a UAE limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For privacy matters, we are the data controller of the information described below.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly

• Account details— your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Pet photos and metadata— the images you upload and any details you supply about your pet (name, traits, themes, free-text descriptions).
• Order details— the format you select (digital, softcover, hardcover) and any text you edit inside the product.
• Shipping information— the postal address you provide for printed orders.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data— pages visited, features used, approximate time spent, and the type of device and browser you use. This is processed through PostHog product analytics.
• Technical data— IP address, log records, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to prevent abuse.

How we use your information

• To create and deliver the storybook or keepsake product you ordered.
• To process your payment and to provide customer support.
• To send transactional emails such as order confirmations, generation status, and download links.
• To improve our service, our prompts, and our editorial templates.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or misuse.
• To comply with our legal obligations under UAE law.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small set of trusted third parties to operate Pets & Pages. We share only the minimum information required for each provider to do its job, and each is contractually bound to protect your data:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — web hosting and edge delivery.
• Google Cloud Run — PDF rendering of finished books.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• OpenRouter — access to the AI models that draft text and generate imagery from your photos.
• Lulu — print production and shipping for physical books.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Upstash — rate limiting and short-lived caching.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos or pet details with anyone outside the providers listed above.

How long we keep your data

• Generated book files (PDFs and images) are automatically deleted thirty (30) days after delivery.
• The text plan and your edits are preserved so that you can re-download or re-print the same book later.
• Account data and order records are kept for as long as your account is active and for any further period required by tax and consumer-protection law.
• Anonymous browsing sessions created before signup expire after 24 hours.

Your rights

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential processing such as analytics.
• Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@petsandpages.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

International transfers

Some of our service providers operate servers outside the United Arab Emirates. When your information is transferred, we rely on each provider’s standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards to protect it.

Children

Pets & Pages is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We use PostHog analytics cookies only after you continue past the initial visit. You can clear cookies from your browser at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be notified by email to active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
